Cash, Check, Credit Card, or ACH Withdrawal
These are common options donors use to fulfill their commitment. Each allows St. Elizabeth Ann Seton to address it’s immediate needs. If making your gift by check, make payable to The Advancement Foundation with St. Elizabeth Ann Seton on the memo line.
Securities*
Appreciated charitable gifts of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds offer special tax advantages and are a great way to make a significant gift to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.
Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDS)*
Donors over the age of 70 1/2 can make direct distributions of up to $100,000 annually from individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and exclude the amount donated from taxable income. Donors may use this strategy to satisfy part, or all, of their required minimums distribution (RMD).
Real Estate*
Gifts of property entitle a donor to an income tax reduction equal to the full market value with no tax on capital gains.
Life Insurance
You may donate an old or new policy by simply naming SEAS as the beneficiary.
Planned Gift
This is the process of carefully selecting the best method and assets for making a charitable gift. A planned gift can enable a donor to take full advantage of the tax laws to accomplish their financial and charitable goals. A bequest in a will is the most common form of planned giving.
Corporate Matching Gifts
A Matching gift program provided through and employer or board membership may allow you to increase the size of your donation. Many companies generously match the charitable gifts of employees, retirees, or board members. Other options include credit card*, bank account draft*, cryptocurrencies*, and oil/mineral interests*.

Pledging
A Pledge is a non-binding commitment made in good faith. To make it easier for you to complete a pledge, we encourage commitments fulfilled over a three-year period. You may satisfy their commitments through monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual installments. Please choose one of the options listed below.
